Little Champs Pediatric Care is a dedicated Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care "PPEC" facility committed to delivering specialized services such as advanced skilled nursing daycare, developmental therapies, and complimentary transportation for medically fragile children.

Living with a chronic disease can be challenging at any age, and it can be particularly difficult for pediatric patients. That's why we've created an environment filled with abundant love and devotion, ensuring our children can thrive and reach their full potential in a joyful and secure setting.

Our team consists of professionals who are proficient in English, Spanish, or both languages, ensuring effective communication and support for children, including qualified pediatric nurses with expertise in caring for children with diverse needs.

Our services are fully covered by Medicaid, and we provide flexible hours, including weekends. We invite you to reach out, call, or visit us to become a valued member of our extended family!
