Enrollment

Enrollment at Little Champs Pediatric Care is open to all children, regardless of religion, race, national origin, gender, or other distinctive characteristics. Our center strictly adheres to the principles outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and maintains a non-discriminatory admission policy. 

Children can be registered throughout the entire year, including the summer months, ensuring a flexible and ongoing registration process. Moreover, transportation services are available for all eligible enrolled children, contributing to enhanced accessibility and convenience. 

Parents can visit or contact the center for enrollment between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays, providing them with flexibility. For those requiring alternative hours, including weekends, arrangements can be made by coordinating with the administration. 

In instances where capacity is reached, a waiting list is established. This list is utilized to notify parents when additional openings become available.

The items below will be necessary for the admission procedure:

✓ Pediatrician’s prescription

✓ Nursing examination completed at Little Champs PPEC

✓ Current health record (Little Champs PPEC will obtain this from the Pediatrician)

✓ Completed enrollment forms (available at Little Champs Pediatric Care)

✓ Up-to-date Immunization Record (Little Champs PPEC will obtain this from the Pediatrician)
